Snellen chart (optional), Neurotip, Pen torch, 512 Hz tuning fork, Ophthalmoscope (optional), Otoscope (optional), Hand gel
To complete the examination
Ensure the patient is dressed and comfortable. Wash hands. Further examinations and/or investigations should be considered.
