About

About Clinical Notes

Who it is for

Medical students preparing for OSCEs, and anyone who wants a structured way to rehearse examinations, histories and clinical documentation. The content follows the format used in UK medical schools.

How stations are written

Each station is broken into sections with individually markable steps. Critical steps are flagged, and visual guidance explains the technique, what to look for and the mistake candidates most often make.

Your data

There are no student accounts. Checklist answers and notes stay in your own browser and are never uploaded. Please never record patient-identifiable information.

Educational disclaimer
